Achmea Mortgages is the mortgage asset manager within Achmea, holding an AIFMD license. With a history of over 60 years, Achmea Mortgages manages assets for institutional investors. By the end of 2023, Achmea Mortgages manages over €29 billion in Dutch mortgages on behalf of more than 50 pension funds and other institutional investors under the brand names Centraal Beheer Leef Hypotheek, Syntrus Achmea Hypotheek, and Attens Hypotheek.
