Ana Maria Knott is a Director in the Legal Department at Bank of America, where she advises on CLO warehouses, new issuances, refinancings, and other financing facilities, as well as related regulatory reform matters. Prior to joining Bank of America, Ana Maria spent several years in private practice focusing on structured finance at both Ashurst and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
