Ms. Daniels began her 20+ year-career at Moody's as a lead analyst within the Structured Finance Group in New York with responsibility for producing credit ratings on a variety of US Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) transactions and authoring research in the sector. She rose to become a Senior Credit Officer and team leader in the US CM BS surveillance team responsible for the monitoring of large loans and single borrower transactions. In 2011, Andrea transferred to the Moody's London office where she's currently the Associate Managing Director of the EMEA CMBS team where she's responsible for a team that rates and monitors CM BS transactions across the region.

Ms Daniels continues to play an active role in Moody's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy as a past Co-chair of the Women's Business Resource Group and currently as Co-chair of the Black Inclusion Group in London. She is also a member of the CREFC DE&I Committee.

Prior to joining Moody's, Andrea worked as an Asset Manager within the Real Estate group at Aetna in Hartford, Connecticut. Ms. Daniels has an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica.
