Andrew Currie is a Managing Director in Fitch Ratings’ Structured Finance group in London, specialising in EMEA securitisations and secured financings backed by digital infrastructure, telecommunications equipment, real estate and other esoteric assets.

He has held a range of analytical and leadership roles at Fitch, including oversight of structured finance surveillance across EMEA and leading the European CMBS team. He also previously led a team responsible for developing operational systems and processes to support Fitch’s analytical teams.

Before joining Fitch in 2000, Andrew worked in property consultancy and research, covering valuation, portfolio analysis and investment consultancy across multiple property types, including operating business assets. He holds a BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
