Andy is a Chartered Accountant and Director at PwC - the world’s largest professional services firm - working in retail financial services. He has 25 years of experience in providing a range of audit, assurance, accounting and transaction related services to clients, with particular focus on working with and supporting dynamic organisations during periods of change (IPO, re-financing, acquisitions/disposals, restructuring, etc.), helping management navigate complexity and uncertainty.

He is experienced in leading complex engagements, working closely with clients to deliver a service tailored to their needs, identifying, analysing and assessing the impact of matters arising and assisting management in understanding the relevant accounting, reporting and governance implications.

Andy is a member of the ICAEW Council and a Trustee at Nottingham Playhouse. He is also a Freeman of the Chartered Accountants Livery Company.
