Ann Tran is the International Head of Securitized Products, with additional regional responsibility for Aviation. She joined MUFG in December 2013 to help build the Securitized Products Group, and was the Head of the Flow ABS franchise, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, and syndicating conduit and term ABS transactions for auto, credit card, equipment, rental car, fleet lease, and unsecured consumer issuers. 

Prior to MUFG, Ann worked at Credit Suisse where she also executed securitizations for the flow ABS issuers for over 13 years. She also spent  three years at Salomon Smith Barney covering asset managers in the  Financial Institutions Group and in the Asset Finance Group.  

Ann graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Political Science.
