Benjamin Bouchet is a Director at Scope Ratings and the main point of contact for CRE loan and CMBS transactions. Since joining Scope Ratings in 2020, he has overseen the expansion of public and private ratings across all jurisdictions and asset classes, including private credit, CMBS and ABS.

Prior to joining Scope, Benjamin was an analyst at Moody’s, where he rated and monitored CMBS in addition to monitoring CLO and NPL transactions. Before that, he worked at Credit Agricole CIB as a European ABS trader between 2014 and 2019, and as a portfolio manager in the distressed assets team from 2008 to 2014 overseeing CLO, Auto and CMBS investments.
