Charles is a Director in Structured Finance Advisory at Deloitte. His team focuses on providing advisory and execution support services in a wide spectrum of structured finance and securitisation transactions.

Charles’ clients at Deloitte are bank issuers as well as corporate originators of substantial or fast-growing portfolio’s. The team operates across diverse asset classes ranging from residential mortgages and BtL, to auto loans & leases, newer auto/mobility rental- or subscription providers, equipment lessors or as-a-service providers, consumer lenders, SME lenders, to solar- and energy equipment providers.

Before joining Deloitte, Charles was an experienced banker at NIBC, where he focused on Structured Finance and Securitisation, Treasury and Derivatives. He was responsible for the Conditional Pass Through Covered Bond programme. In addition, he was responsible for credit analysis, credit proposals, and portfolio/relationship management on corporate structured finance transactions in particularly fintech, car- and equipment lease sectors.
