Christian Lambie is a partner based in our London office. He has over 25 years of experience as a securitization lawyer. He joined Norton Rose Fulbright from a leading investment bank, where he was senior legal counsel, and is a former partner at another large international law firm.

Christian focuses primarily on structured finance and securitization transactions – with an emphasis on mortgage funding, WBS/corporate finance, trade receivables, commercial real estate (including portfolio trading and financing) and consumer debt – as well as restructuring and distressed transactions. He has advised on a number of market-first transactions, including most recently one of the first ever private European solar securitization financings, and has significant cross-border experience. He advises investors, issuers, arrangers and other transaction parties.
