Cliff has over 20 years of experience of working for top tier investment banks, specialising in structured finance, securitisation and fund finance.

More recently he spent over 6 years as the global head of Capital Markets for corporate service providers and been the Chairman or Board Director of a range of companies.

Cliff’s current role at TMF is the Global Head of Capital Markets and he is based out of TMF’s London office.
