Daniel is a Transaction Manager within the European Transaction Management team, based in London.

He is also a Director of Wilmington Trust SP Services (London) Limited.

Daniel has over 30 years’ corporate trust experience. His experience includes note and security trustee

arrangements for Eurobonds, restructurings, defaults, high yield offerings, convertible/exchangeable bonds,

repackagings, escrows and any other role in the suite of agency and trust products.

Before joining Wilmington Trust in 2012, Daniel worked for the Bank of New York Mellon where he was a

Business Manager with overall P&L responsibility for the corporate and sovereign business line. Daniel

started his career with JP Morgan followed by Citibank.
