Daniel is a Transaction Manager within the Structured Finance Team in London.

He is also a Director of Wilmington Trust SP Services (London) Limited where he acts as a Director of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) in securitisations within the structured finance space.

Daniel has over 30 years’ corporate trust experience. His experience includes note and security trustee arrangements for Eurobonds, restructurings, defaults, high yield offerings, convertible/exchangeable bonds, repackagings, escrows and any other role in the suite of agency and trust products.

Before joining Wilmington Trust in 2012, Daniel worked for The Bank of New York Mellon where he was a Business Manger with overall P&L responsibility for the corporate and sovereign business line. Daniel started his career with JP Morgan followed by Citibank.
