Diana is a director at Fitch Ratings with nearly 19 years of experience in Structured Finance across EMEA. Based in Milan, she leads rating assignment and surveillance for collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and contributes to published CLO research. Previously, she covered Southern European structured finance and covered bonds, analysing RMBS, ABS and SME transactions as well as covered bond programmes across Italy, Portugal, Greece and Cyprus.

She began her career as a corporate analyst and portfolio manager at CAAM SGR. She holds a Master in Quantitative Methods for Finance and a Master’s degree in Economics.
