George Ross is Managing Director and Head of Speciality Finance at NatWest Bank. His team provides coverage and structured solutions, primarily to non-bank financial institutions, and he has been in the role since April 2021 having previously led FI origination and solutions for non-bank lenders in NatWest Markets from March 2017. He has worked in structured credit since 2003 holding various roles at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America over a 14 year period. Prior to that George qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 after having graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc in Physics.
