Harjeet is a structured finance and securitisation partner at Pinsent Masons and has worked on a number of auto securitisations, trade receivables and securitisation transactions of other asset classes over the years advising UK, European and US investment banks, financial institutions and conduit funders. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Harjeet worked for a number of years at Mayer Brown and previously Latham & Watkins.
