Hassan is a Director in PwC’s Banking & Capital Markets Assurance practice. He specialises in ESG and Non-Financial Risk working with clients on providing assurance over ESG related disclosures. 

He has spent over 10 years working with Risk and Front Office functions at a number of Investment Banks on non-financial risk and building front to back control frameworks. He has led a number of controls reviews in response to regulatory findings and more recently is working on providing assurance over Financed Emissions, Sustainable Finance commitments as well as the allocation of financing (use of proceeds) from Green Bond issuances.
