Heather is the current Chair of the Australian Securitisation Forum (ASF), having been appointed by the ASF National Committee in December 2025. Prior to her appointment as Chair, she served as the ASF’s Treasurer for eight years. Heather also chairs the ASF’s Audit & Risk Subcommittee and regularly contributes to the accounting and tax components of the ASF’s educational programs.

Heather is a Partner in Audit & Assurance (Financial Services) at Deloitte Australia, based in Sydney. She has more than 25 years’ experience across the US, UK and Australian retail banking markets and has specialised in securitisation since 2003.

Heather represents the Asia-Pacific region within Deloitte’s Global Securitisation Team, working closely with specialists across key international markets, and leads Deloitte’s national securitisation advisory offering. As an audit partner, she works with many of Australia’s largest lenders on end-to-end controls and processes across the credit lifecycle, as well as on a broad range of domestic and international securitisation transactions for both audit and non-audit clients across multiple asset classes. She also regularly leads due diligence engagements relating to portfolio acquisitions and M&A transactions.

Heather is a strong advocate for the role the ASF plays in supporting and advancing the securitisation industry and is particularly passionate about fostering opportunities for the next generation of leaders in the market.
