Hugo Lavayssiere is currently Head of Securitisation at IQ-EQ, a leading global investor services provider. Hugo oversees the management company, agent roles, and consulting services within the securitisation practice. With a primary focus on structured finance and securitisation, Hugo has nearly 15 years industry experience, specialising in the likes of bank refinancing, corporate financing, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and acquisition of loans portfolios.

Prior to joining IQ-EQ, Hugo worked as a consultant in securitisation at My Partner Bank, advising on various securitisation transactions. Before becoming a consultant, Hugo spent six years at Banque Espirito Santo et de la Vénétie in Structured Finance and Securitisation, gaining extensive experience managing complex deals spanning multiple jurisdictions and asset classes.
