- Jack has more than 10 years of experience working in financial services debt advisory, including as a Director in the EY FS Corporate Finance team and as a structured finance banker at RBS.
- Jack has worked across several asset-backed structures including securitisations, NAV financing, forward flow, and whole asset sales. He has experience across many sectors such as SME asset finance, bridging and development lending, auto and unsecured consumer finance. Jack is also a CFA charterholder
- Jack brings deep and highly current experience across the non‑bank specialty finance landscape, with a career built on lending to and advising clients in this market. Jack has recently led two landmark transactions: advising on Propel Finance’s mezzanine facility within a major £500m+ financing round, and leading Interpath’s support on Reward Finance’s £360m debt facilities package. These deals directly reflect the themes of this panel: funding model evolution, private capital dynamics, and the expansion of specialist lenders. Jack’s vantage point across multiple asset‑backed structures, specialty finance credit models and investor appetite means he can elevate the discussion with real market insights drawn from live transaction flow.
