With more than 20 years' experience across European real estate finance and private wealth, Jennifer has advised on and executed complex real estate transactions spanning origination, structuring, portfolio management, funding and workouts. Her experience includes serving as General Counsel of Deutsche Bank's UK Wealth Management business and advising the Structured Real Estate and Development Finance divisions of a challenger bank.

Jennifer combines deep sector expertise with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach. Alongside her extensive transaction experience, she has led the restructuring and unwinding of billions of pounds of distressed debt across complex real estate and banking portfolios. Known for providing practical, actionable advice, Jennifer works closely with Lumora's developers and subject matter experts to leverage technology, enhance decision-making and support responsible lending across the loan lifecycle.
