Based in London, Jennifer heads NatWest’s Securitisation team, with direct reports in London, New York, Paris and Milan. The team is responsible for the origination, structuring and underwriting of senior asset-backed financing facilities, third‑party public ABS/RMBS transactions, and risk‑mitigation solutions such as SRTs, as well as portfolio derivatives hedging. Jennifer and her team work closely with Specialist Finance, Financial Institution, Sponsor and Corporate customers across a broad range of asset classes, including secured and unsecured consumer loans, SME and Middle Market loans/CLOs, and Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Oversight of the NatWest European ABS Syndicate desk also sits within her remit.

Jennifer has nearly 30 years’ experience in investment banking and has led the origination and structuring of securitised products for most of her career. She joined NatWest in 2012 from UBS, following thirteen years at JP Morgan and Citigroup.
