Jérémie Bismuth is a counsel within Gide's structured finance team, part of its Banking & Finance practice group. He joined Gide's London office in July 2012 and is qualified both as an English solicitor and French avocat. Prior to joining Gide, he was an associate within the structured finance team of Orrick Rambaud Martel in Paris.

He advises both arrangers and originators on various domestic and cross-border securitisation operations. Jérémie regularly works on a number of structured finance and securitisation transactions in northern, sub-Saharan and western Africa (Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal).

Jérémie advised Europcar Mobility Group on the setting up, extension and restructuring of its entire business securitisation programme dedicated to the financing of its vehicle fleets in France, Spain, Italy and Germany. He also advised Goldcar group on setting up its asset-backed facility dedicated to the financing of its vehicle fleets in Spain, France and Italy.

Jérémie has also worked on establishing and structuring the first loan receivables securitisation programme in Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal. He has also worked on various trade receivables and real estate receivables in Morocco.

Jérémie holds a Master's degree in banking and finance law from Paris II - Panthéon-Assas University. He practised in Paris between 2010 and 2012.
