Jerome Beadle is Global Head of the Structured Finance Product Group within BNY Mellon’s Corporate Trust business. In this role he has overall responsibility for ABS, MBS, RePacks, Conduits, Covered Bonds and Document Custody services globally. Based in London, Jerome also chairs the board of our UK trustee entity, BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited.

Jerome joined the bank in February 2020. Prior to that he spent 14 years in Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Trust business where he sat on the global leadership team and had various senior roles across the Structured Debt space, including managing teams in London, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Milan and Lisbon. Jerome started his career at Citi where he spent 10 years in various Private Banking and Global Custody roles before joining Pareto Partners (now part of BNYM Investment Management) where he helped to set-up and run a $1bn Structured Investment Vehicle.

In all Jerome has over 36 years of experience in financial services, 25 of which has been in Structured products.
