Jillian has over twenty-five years’ experience with Citi and predecessor organisations. She has held several management positions at Citi and is currently engaged as a Trustee director with prime responsibility for post closure trustee related support services within Citibank’s Issuer Services division. 

Jillian has been involved and supported clients on a wide range of transactions including project financing, and debt capital markets activities throughout the EMEA region and is experienced in managing the relationship between Intercreditor, Facility Agent, Borrowers, Trustees, and Issuers in the Debt Capital Markets essential for the ongoing administration of trustee matters.

Jillian is currently the chair of the International Capital Markets and Securities Association Trustee sub- committee in London. Jillian has featured in several published roundtable articles on trustees.
