Helena has been a specialist in the Securitisation team, in Transaction Services for over 10 years. During that time, she has worked on many securitisation and structured finance transactions for a broad portfolio of clients, building extensive experience in delivering services for UK and Pan-European transactions across a range of assets including, commercial and residential mortgages, corporate loans, auto loans, consumer loans and credit cards.

Helena focusses on transactions such as ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CRE CLO, SRTs (verification agent role), Regulated Covered Bonds (asset/asset pool monitor), central bank funding schemes, portfolio due diligence for acquisitions/sales and delivering

Reporting Accountant engagements for a range of bond issuances, including those with US dimensions.

Previously, Helena worked in Financial Services Audit and Assurance across a wide range of clients including Asset management, Retail Banking, Building Societies, Specialist Lenders and Funds.
