Josh White works within NatWest’s Specialty Finance team, focusing on the origination and execution of securitisation and receivables backed transactions primarily in the UK.

Prior to joining NatWest in 2024, Josh worked at the SME credit card provider Capital on Tap, where he was responsible for raising funding through securitisation facilities as well as executing strategic and non performing portfolio sales. Before that, he led the expansion and ongoing management of the British Business Bank’s ENABLE Funding programme, which applies securitisation techniques to diversify funding sources and reduce constraints for SME lenders.

Josh began his career in 2014 at MUFG, where he structured securitisation transactions across a wide range of asset classes in both Europe and the US.
