Kristine Kozicki is special counsel in the London office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Alternative Investments Practice.

Kristine represents financial institutions on structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on collateralized loan obligation transactions (CLOs). She has experience advising leading global CLO managers and bank arrangers on warehouse financings, new issuances, refinancings and derivatives and has acted on a range of risk retention structures and the establishment and operation of CLO equity funds.
