Léon is currently heading the Amsterdam team of Asset Securitisation and has over 15 years of securitisation and capital markets experience. Prior to joining ING in 2009 Léon had an 11-year career at ABN AMRO in various roles. 

At ING, Léon structured the first full stack deconsolidating securitisation in 2014 and has worked on a variety of asset classes and jurisdictions ever since. Léon holds a MSc degree in economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a CFA charterholder.
