Luke has over twenty years of experience providing audit and transaction related services to a variety of global financial services clients. With extensive experience of providing pre and post-closing services on RMBS, ABS and Covered Bond transactions as well as CLO/CDO/CDS. In addition to transaction related services Luke has performed both internal audit and compliance reviews of existing securitisation structures looking both at the governance and operational frameworks, as well as feasibility studies on undertaking the creation and set up of an initial issuance or programme and analysis determining the accounting treatment for structures.
