Lydia Chen is the founder of Seoi.Cure CDR, a climate-finance platform helping carbon removal and emerging climate companies become more legible to capital, customers, and strategic partners. She is also building Climate Cupid, a founder-funder fit tool for climate companies and aligned capital. Lydia previously spent 10 years in structured finance and securitization at Barclays and Standard Chartered, working across asset-backed finance, sustainable finance, and climate private capital. She also hosts Bite-Size Climate Tech, now in Season 5 after 113 episodes, and curates Carbon Removal Breakfast Club, a founder-first salon series connecting climate innovators, financiers, buyers, and market-builders.
