Mahen joined Vistra 4 years ago to lead the Loan Market Solutions and is based in the London office. He is responsible for the continued growth, development and full integration of the Loan Administration Services with Vista’s Fund Administration in order to provide an end-to-end service to many of our clients.

Mahen professional career covers both Investment Banking and non-banking sector covering a range of specialist finance roles from Corporate Services Division, SPV Administration, CLO Administration, Security Trustee before specialising in the administration of Loan Services covering several asset classes: real estate, direct lending, aviation, shipping, Project Finance & Infrastructure funding, Green Bond etc.

Mahen is a qualified Accountant and was admitted as a Fellow of the ACCA IN 2005. Having worked in Mauritius, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Ireland and now in London, he has a huge international exposure that puts him in a very good position to understand the requirements of the global market.
