Mark Escott is Head of Head of Securitised Products & Supply Chain Finance Group – EMEA (“SP&SCF”) at MUFG Bank, Ltd. (“MUFG”). MUFG provides its corporate, FI and financial sponsor clients with securitised product solutions. These can be funded via “Albion” the MUFG sponsored global Asset Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP) conduit, alternatively via MUFG’s balance sheet or public asset backed securities arranged by MUFG Securities.

Mark has been active in the private and public securitisation market for over 30 years with a particular focus on ABCP Conduits having established one conduit and worked on 3 other conduits for 2 different banks including currently MUFG - a consistent top 5 global ABCP conduit sponsor. Mark is passionate about the
connection between the underlying client's working capital assets and the funding raised from the ABCP investors.
