Matt Lockwood is a finance and investment professional with two decades of experience across structured finance, asset management, and capital markets. He currently serves as Senior Product Specialist at Sky Road, acquired by Octus, a role he has held since February 2025.

Prior to joining Sky Road, Matt spent more than two years at HPS Investment Partners (now part of BlackRock), where he was Director of Operations and Middle Office, working within one of the world's leading credit-focused alternative investment managers. Before HPS, Matt served as Head of CLO Ops at Cairn Capital (now Polus) for five years, developing deep expertise in fixed income and structured credit. 

At Sky Road, Matt works closely with European clients to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience with the platform. Drawing on his deep industry background, he plays an active role in the development and refinement of Sky Road's product offering, helping to ensure it continues to meet the evolving demands of its expanding client base. 

Outside of work, Matt is a father to two beautiful young children, a keen sportsman (hockey, golf, football, cricket) and a devoted follower of Arsenal FC.
