Matteo Pierotti focuses on banking law and structured finance. He has been involved in a wide range of structured finance transactions, with particular focus on the acquisition and/or disposal of non-performing loan portfolios (including within the broader context of bank restructuring), as well as in the acquisition of single-name positions. Matteo Pierotti is also regularly involved in innovative financing transactions, including securitisation structures, in real estate, acquisition and corporate financing transactions. Matteo has also advised sponsors, arrangers and issuers in debt capital market transactions involving the issuance of debt instruments (including high-yield bonds and/or minibonds).
