Ms. Baivier brings over 23 years of finance and leadership experience to Aligned’s
senior leadership team. In her role as Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the
company’s corporate financial strategy and operations, including capital markets,
financial planning and reporting, investor relations, accounting, treasury, and risk
management. This role is instrumental in driving Aligned’s strategic growth and
further optimizing financial performance. 

Prior to joining Aligned, Ms. Baivier served as President and Chief Operating Officer
of Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (“Easterly”) (NYSE: DEA), a fully integrated
REIT focused on the acquisition, development, and management of Class A
commercial properties leased primarily to the US Government and its adjacent
partners. Prior to her appointment as President, she served as Easterly’s Executive
Vice President, COO and CFO. 

Ms. Baivier’s experience also includes five years with Citigroup’s Real Estate and
Lodging Investment Banking group, where she was involved in a wide range of
financial advisory and capital markets transactions, including Easterly’s IPO in
2015. Before her tenure at Citigroup, Ms. Baivier held equity and high yield research
roles at Chilton Investment Co. and Fidelity Management and Research Co.
respectively. Since July 2017, Ms. Baivier has served as a Director of Sun
Communities, Inc. (NYSE: SUI). She is Chair of the NCG Committee and a member
of the Audit Committee. 

Ms. Baivier earned her MBA from Columbia Business School, where she was
awarded the prestigious Feldberg Fellowship, and her BA from Wellesley College.
