Nils heads the Asset Risk Transfer team within SPG which he joined in 2015, playing a formative role of LBG’s risk transfer programme post financial crisis. Nils joined Lloyds TSB Bank in 2005 into structured finance roles with over 23 years of overall professional experience. Prior to SPG, Nils acted as transaction director within LBG’s Strategic Transactions Group (STG), which played a lead role in many of LBG’s major corporate finance projects often dealing with special structuring issues and executed solutions for capital/funding, pensions, non-core disposals and private equity. Before Lloyds he worked at a consulting boutique advising investment funds in Germany.
