Olga is Senior Corporate Counsel in the Law Division of U.S. Bank, advising Global Corporate Trust Europe. She joined the bank in 2015 prior to which she practiced in a US law firm advising corporate trust clients across debt capital markets products. Olga advises the business on all elements of the product cycle from structuring to unwinding and any post-issuance matters including defaults, security enforcement and restructurings.
