Paul brings over 20 years’ experience in the Trust and Agency sector, having built a strong international track record across leading global banks in Dublin, London and Dubai.

He joined HSBC in 2019 and is currently the Head of Issuer Services UAE, based in Dubai, where he leads the delivery and development of issuer and agency solutions across the market.

Paul’s core focus is on MENAT-originated transactions, spanning structured finance, capital markets, syndicated lending, project finance and escrow structures. He has extensive experience partnering with a broad range of stakeholders, including banks, corporates, development finance institutions (DFIs), multilateral agencies, export credit agency (ECA) participants, insurers and infrastructure funds, supporting complex, multi-party transactions from origination through execution and ongoing administration.
