Poppy is a Senior Associate in A&O Shearman’s Securitisation team, based in London, who is leading the firm's work on securitisation structures in the Middle East with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia. She has advised on a range of sector-leading securitisation structures and has experience on financing high profile portfolios backed by residential and commercial mortgage assets, non-performing assets and consumer loans.
