Sarah frequently acts on behalf of corporate trustees on a range of asset-backed transactions.  She has extensive experience working with trustees on new transactions and in more challenging situations where there are breaches, defaults and re-structuring and can share her experiences of navigating the competing interests of the various transaction counterparties.
