Sivaraja Sivanesan is Chief Executive Officer of Lumora Capital, a next-generation, technology-enabled lender serving the £10–50m UK real estate bridging market.

He leads Lumora with a clear mission: building a best-in-class bridging lender that sets the standard for speed, governance and borrower experience. Responsible for the firm's strategy, culture and execution, Sivaraja is focused on creating a business that combines lending expertise, strong governance and technology-enabled innovation to deliver better outcomes for borrowers, brokers and investors.

With more than 20 years' experience across professional services and technology, Sivaraja has built and led large-scale transformation programmes, including for regulated financial services institutions. He began his career at Accenture before moving into executive leadership roles, where he scaled professional services businesses across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He brings a rare blend of operational rigour, governance expertise and commercial instinct to Lumora's journey.
