Stephen has 20 years' experience in the credit markets. Prior to founding Convergence Stephen was the Global Head of Credit and Political Risk at Canopius. Where he established the Portfolio Solutions team to provide clients with a wide range of credit insurance solutions.

Prior to Canopius Stephen co-led the build out of the ED&F Man Capital Markets fixed income business including the global trade finance business and headed up the team in London.

Stephen started his career at Merrill Lynch and subsequently joined Cyrus Capital Partners as a portfolio analyst.
