Steve is the lead for Deloitte’s Structured Finance Advisory in the UK. Steve has over 17 years of experience in financial markets and securitisation, benefitting from an extensive knowledge on the industry, transaction mechanics, risk management, rating agency analysis and central bank collateral management.  

Before joining Deloitte, Steve spent 8 years at the Bank of England and 4 years before that at Fitch Ratings.  Those roles have enabled Steve to build a wealth of knowledge across a wide range of asset classes, markets, transactions and structures. 

Steve's team is experienced in providing clients with an end-to-end service in support of structured finance transactions, including feasibility reviews, engagement with investors, data preparations, analysis, modelling, transaction document review and project management.
