Suzanne Bell is a partner in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader's London office.

Suzanne has advised leading financial institutions and corporations in connection with a wide range of domestic, European and international structured finance and asset backed-lending transactions. Her experience includes structuring and documenting commercial paper conduits, structured investment vehicles, and public and private securitisations of a range of asset classes (including auto leases, loans and subscriptions; credit card and other consumer receivables; equipment leases; trade and inventory receivables and esoteric receivables (such as insurance premia receivables, handset receivables, P2P receivables and other payment plan/cash advance receivables)) and other asset backed/NAV facilities.  Suzanne also has experience in advising a variety of stakeholders (including receivers, directors and creditors) on debt restructurings and insolvency matters involving structured finance borrowers.

Suzanne is recognised by Chambers UK, Chambers Global, IFLR1000, The Legal 500 UK and The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom as a leading practitioner in Structured Products and Securitisation.

She is admitted to practice in England & Wales and in Ireland.
