As head of PDS’ Investor Relation Unit, Thierry plays an instrumental role in originating, structuring and closing several distribution schemes, with a primary focus on building CACIB’s synthetic Reg. cap and risk-transfer SRT platform and developing its investor base.

CACIB is part of the regular top 10 G-SIB issuers in the SRT market with 32 issuances executed since 2014. The SRT platform is underpinned by 7 well-recognized programs and by a 50+ segmented global investor base. 

As a seasoned SRT professional Thierry is regularly consulted (incl. by FT Live) to contribute to drafting agendas for SRT conferences and is regularly participating as Panelist/Moderator:

Thierry has 40 years of experience in the IB industry working during the past 19 y. on structuring and placing distribution solutions to investors to foster CACIB’s Distribute-to-Originate strategy in private debt and has a Master II degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from PSL Dauphine University and graduated in Finance from ESLSCA.
