Yannick Breuer is Executive Director at CIBC Capital Markets, bringing over 25 years of experience in structured credit and alternative investments. Based in London, Yannick covers alternative credit managers across a full suite of fund finance products, including back leverage facilities, NAV lending, subscription lines, Rated Note Feeders, and CFOs. Yannick is also active in structured credit distribution, placing ABS, CLOs, and Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions with UK institutional investors. Prior to joining CIBC, he spent 18 years at Citigroup, where he led solutions for institutional clients across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, spanning interest rate derivatives, structured credit, CRE loans, and alternative fund placements.
