Zak joined Deutsche Bank in 2007 and has a wealth of experience in structured credit, securitisation and credit financing.

Currently, Zak is in the Structuring & Syndications Team responsible for securitisation and financing solutions for the Trade Finance & Lending business. Previously, Zak was in the Asset Based Financing team as Head of SRT Syndicate, and responsible as an arranger for the structuring and syndication of SRTs. Before that Zak worked in the Credit Portfolio Strategies Group where he was responsible for the structuring, issuance & end to end management of over 20 Deutsche Bank SRTs, and instrumental in establishing their flagship CRAFT, LOFT and GATE SRT programs.

Zak holds a Master’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, and a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Economics.
