Accommodation and Travel

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

The latest agenda is available for viewing on our website.

App and Networking

All attendees have access to Swapcard, our dedicated networking app.

You can access Swapcard on your desktop by clicking here, or download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. To log in, simply use the email address associated with your registration.

With Swapcard, you can view the attendee list, connect with other participants, schedule meetings, and export your connections.

You can also personalise your agenda, explore the event schedule, and access detailed speaker information.

Badge Collection

Monday 8th June 2026
Early Badge collection will take place within the CCIB foyer from 14:00 until 19:00.

We strongly encourage attendees to collect their badges on Monday where possible, as we expect a particularly busy Tuesday morning due to a high-demand keynote session. Collecting your badge in advance will help you avoid queues and ensure faster entry into the venue.

Tuesday 9th June 2026
Your badge will be available to collect from the CCIB Exhibition Hall located on the ground floor, from 07:30.

Please ensure that your badge is worn at all times. Without a badge, access to the event and all associated meeting rooms will not be permitted.

Dietary and Access Requirements

If you have any special dietary and/or accessibility requirements, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing customerservices@fie.ft.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, please note that we cannot confirm that the venue will be able to fulfil all requests.

Business casual.

First Aid

For first aid assistance, please contact the registration desk. A qualified first aid representative will be dispatched immediately.
